Dry Van
Simple, enclosed, non-climate controlled, trailer carrying general cargo but not limited to. Size 53 ft.
Reefer
Similar to dry van but is refrigerated and insulated trailer. Transporting refrigerated items
Flatbed
Flat trailer with no enclosure or doors typically requiring elevated access. Transporting machinery and building materials. Variations can inlcude Stepdecks, lowboys, and goosenecks. Size 48 ft
Semi-Tractor
Truck used to pull variety of trailers (sleeper cabin or day cab).
Box Truck
Also called a straight truck and used for local hauls or long haul expedited freight. Cargo space ranges 16-24 ft.
Hot Shot Trucks
Heavy duty pickup truck with an added trailer hitch. Usually pulls a flatbed and typical freight is other vehicles or equipment of some sort
